Biography
Danica McKellar is an American actress. She is known for playing Gwendolyn 'Winnie' Cooper in the television series The Wonder Years (1988–1993).
McKellar graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a degree in mathematics in 1998. She has written several New York Times bestselling books on mathematics, including Math Doesn't Suck (2007), Kiss My Math (2008) and Hot X: Algebra Exposed! (2010), aimed at encouraging girls in the subject. She has also appeared in guest roles on series such as The Big Bang Theory and voiced characters in animated programmes including Young Justice.
