Biography
Daniel Sunjata is an American actor. He is known for his role as firefighter Franco Rivera in the FX series Rescue Me (2004–2011).
Sunjata trained at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and earned an MFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts. His stage work includes a Tony-nominated performance in the Broadway play Take Me Out (2003).
His film credits include The Devil Wears Prada (2006) and The Dark Knight Rises (2012). Television appearances encompass Grey’s Anatomy, Graceland and High Potential.
