Biography
David Boreanaz is an American actor, producer and director. Born in Buffalo, New York, he studied cinema and photography at Ithaca College before moving to Los Angeles. His early roles included a guest appearance on the sitcom Married... with Children (1987).
He gained prominence playing the vampire Angel in the series Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997–2003). Boreanaz starred in the spin-off series Angel (1999–2004) and later as FBI Special Agent Seeley Booth in Bones (2005–2017). He has also directed episodes of both Angel and Bones, and starred as Jason Hayes in SEAL Team (2017–2024).
