Biography
David Rom is a British cinematographer. He developed the visual style for the pilot of the Apple TV+ comedy series Ted Lasso (2020) and has served as director of photography on multiple episodes across its seasons.
His other television credits include Humans (2015), Thirteen (2016), The Wrong Mans (2013), Harlots (2019) and The Capture. Earlier work encompasses camera operating on the feature About Time (2013) and directing photography on features such as The Thompsons (2012) and Moscow Never Sleeps (2017).
Rom studied at Sheffield University. He began in short films and promotional work before progressing to drama and comedy series.
