Biography
David Thion is a French film producer. He was born on 9 July 1971 in Orléans. He studied at Emlyon Business School and graduated from La Fémis in the production department. Since 1997 he has been a partner at Les Films Pelléas.
Thion has produced feature films including Anatomy of a Fall (2023) directed by Justine Triet, One Fine Morning (2022) directed by Mia Hansen-Løve, Sibyl (2019), The Trouble with You (2018), On a Magical Night (2019), Sorry Angel (2018), Heal the Living (2016) and Anaïs in Love (2021).
For Anatomy of a Fall he received the César Award for Best Film and nominations for the Academy Award for Best Picture and two British Academy Film Awards.
