Biography
David Wright is an American television writer. He worked on the animated series Family Guy as a writers' assistant, story editor and staff writer between 2008 and 2014, contributing to 23 episodes as staff writer.
His other writing credits include episodes of Malcolm in the Middle (2000), Packages from Planet X (2013), Star Trek: Lower Decks (2020–2021) and Mike Judge's Beavis and Butt-Head (2022–2023). He created and wrote for the series The Gimmicks (2022). He has also worked as a producer on several of these programmes.
