Biography
Debbie Fan is a Chinese-American actress. She is known for her role as Jenny Chen in the 2023 comedy film Joy Ride.
Fan has appeared in numerous television series, including recurring roles in The Rookie (2018) and Reasonable Doubt (2022), and guest roles in Purple Hearts (2022), American Born Chinese (2023) and NCIS: Los Angeles (2009). She holds a BS in Finance from the University of Utah and has served as a volunteer and board member of the non-profit Downtown Dog Rescue since 2009.
