Biography
Dominique Ellen Dunne was an American actress. She was born on 23 November 1959 in Santa Monica, California, and died on 4 November 1982 in Los Angeles.
Dunne made her screen debut in the television film Diary of a Teenage Hitchhiker (1979) and appeared in episodes of series including CHiPs (1977), Hart to Hart (1979), Hill Street Blues (1981) and Fame (1982). Her best-known role was as Dana Freeling in the film Poltergeist (1982). She also appeared in The Shadow Riders (1982).
She was the sister of actor Griffin Dunne.
