Biography
Don Woodard is an American actor, writer and producer. He began performing with the comedy and improvisation group The Groundlings in Los Angeles and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
As an actor he appeared in films including The Naked Gun: From the Files of Police Squad! (1988) and Casual Sex? (1988), and in series such as The Golden Girls (1988) and Just Shoot Me! (1997). His writing credits include episodes of Dream On (1994–1996), Just Shoot Me! (1998–2001), Rodney (2004–2008) and the Family Guy episode "I Take Thee Quagmire" (2006, co-written with Tom Maxwell and Steve Callaghan). He has also worked as a producer on several of these series.
