Biography

Duccio Fabbri is an Italian director, first assistant director and producer. Born in Florence in 1975, he began his career as an assistant director in Italy, working with directors including Marco Bechis, Salvatore Mereu and Ken Loach.

He moved to New York in 2006. Fabbri has served as first assistant director on films including Good Time (2017), Wildlife (2018), The Tale (2018), The Whale (2022) and She Said (2022). On the television series The Bear (2022–), he has worked as first assistant director across multiple seasons, as co-producer, and as director of three episodes.
