Biography
Earl Holliman was an American actor. He appeared in the film Giant (1956) as Bob Dace. He won the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor – Motion Picture for his role in The Rainmaker (1956).
Holliman played Sergeant Bill Crowley in the television series Police Woman (1974–1978). His other film credits include Forbidden Planet (1956), Gunfight at the O.K. Corral (1957) and The Sons of Katie Elder (1965). He also appeared in episodes of The Twilight Zone (1959) and Bonanza (1959). He was an animal rights activist and received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1977.
