Biography
Edward Bunker (1933–2005) was an American actor and author of crime fiction. He played Mr. Blue in Quentin Tarantino’s Reservoir Dogs (1992).
Bunker had earlier acted in and co-written the screenplay for Straight Time (1978), adapted from his novel No Beast So Fierce. He appeared in other films including Runaway Train (1985) and The Longest Yard (2005). He also wrote novels such as The Animal Factory and served as a technical adviser on several productions.
Born in Hollywood, California, Bunker died in Burbank, California, on 19 July 2005.
