Biography
Edwina Findley, also credited as Edwina Findley Dickerson, is an American actress. She trained at the Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington, D.C., and graduated from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
She made her prime-time debut as Tosha Mitchell in the HBO series The Wire (2002–2008). Subsequent television roles include Davina Lambreaux in Treme (2010–2013), Kelly Isaacs in If Loving You Is Wrong (2014–2020), and Sheila Cannon in The Residence (2025). Film credits include Middle of Nowhere (2012), Insidious: Chapter 2 (2013), Get Hard (2015) and Rogue Agent (2022). She received an Independent Spirit Award nomination for Best Supporting Female for Free in Deed (2015).
Findley has performed on stage at venues including the Kennedy Center, Shakespeare Theatre Company and Juilliard. She married Kelvin Dickerson in 2012.
