Biography
Eliot Knapman is a film editor. He began his career in the editorial department, working as an assistant editor and trainee on Australian television series including East West 101 (2009–2011) and Rescue Special Ops (2010), as well as on films such as Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole (2010).
He progressed to second assistant editor on The Great Gatsby (2013) and Mad Max: Fury Road (2015), and first assistant editor on The Lego Batman Movie (2017), Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway (2021) and Three Thousand Years of Longing (2022). Knapman served as co-editor with Margaret Sixel on Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga (2024). He has also edited the series Girt by Fear (2016) and is attached as editor on The Only One.
