Biography
Elise Robertson is an American actor and filmmaker. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, she graduated from Northwestern University's theatre department, where she studied directing, acting and literary adaptation, and minored in fine art.
She began her career in the film industry working in art departments, including as a character painter on Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993). As an actor she has appeared in numerous television series and films, including American Sniper (2014) as Debbie Kyle. She has also directed projects such as the feature Donner Pass (2012) and won a Northern California Emmy for directing a PBS children's series.
