Biography
Emil Marwa is a British actor. He was born in 1974 and raised in London. His father is an Indian Kenyan Sikh and his mother is of Norwegian descent.
Marwa is known for his role as Maneer Khan in the 1999 film East Is East and its 2010 sequel West Is West. Other film credits include The Guru (2002), Code 46 (2003), Doghouse (2009) and The Physician (2013). He received an Amanda Award nomination for Best Actor for his performance in the 2005 Norwegian film Izzat.
