Biography
Emily Arlook is an American actress. She was born on 24 July 1990 in Los Angeles, California.
Arlook trained at the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. Her early screen credit was a role as herself in the 1998 mockumentary 20 Dates, which also featured her father, talent manager and producer Richard Arlook, and her sister Rachel. She is best known for playing Nomi Segal in the Freeform series Grown-ish (2018–2024), Kate Harris in the film Big Time Adolescence (2019), and Kim Glassman in You People (2023).
In 2024 she appeared as Rebecca in the Netflix romantic comedy series Nobody Wants This.
