Biography
Emma Burge is a British television and film producer. She trained at the BBC and began by producing music and arts programmes for Channel 4 and the BBC before moving into drama.
Her early drama credits include Billy Roche’s The Wexford Trilogy for the BBC and the feature film Trojan Eddie (1996) for Film Four. She later produced several series for Company Pictures, including Shameless (2004) written by Paul Abbott, and developed work for Channel 4’s Coming Up strand. Other productions include the mini-series 40 (2003), The Village (2013), Clean Break (2015), the television film Torvill & Dean (2018) and the series Wolfe (2021).
She is the producer of the Apple TV+ series Down Cemetery Road (2025), developed by 60Forty Films.
