Biography
Eric Rattray is a British producer, assistant director and production manager. Born on 22 November 1931 in London, he began his career in the late 1950s as an assistant director on films including Carry On Constable (1960) and Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964).
He later worked as production manager or supervisor on titles such as The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes (1970), A Bridge Too Far (1977) and Top Secret! (1984). As a producer he is credited on Labyrinth (1986), with associate producer roles on Dragonslayer (1981) and Memphis Belle (1990), and executive producer on First Knight (1995).
