Biography
Erica A. Watson is an American television director. She has directed episodes of numerous series, including two episodes of the Hulu miniseries The Dropout (2022).
She is from Detroit, Michigan, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Music from Wayne State University and an MFA in Film and TV Production from the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts. Watson co-founded the short film production company Hyphenation Nation Productions. She has participated in programmes including Film Independent’s Project Involve and the Sony Diversity Directing Program, and received a Sundance Knight Fellowship.
