Erica Vittina Phillips is an actress known for supporting roles in comedy films and television series.
Her film credits include Jill in The 40-Year-Old Virgin (2005), Liquor Store Cashier in Superbad (2007), Second Homebuyer in Step Brothers (2008) and Booster Pat in Friday After Next (2002). On television she has appeared as Tango in Arrested Development (2006), Justine in The Office (2011), Maitre D' in Veep (2016) and Renee in The Neighborhood (2020).
Greg Daniels, co-creator of The Office, considered Phillips for the role of Pam Beesly before Jenna Fischer was cast.
