Biography
Esco Jouléy is an American actor also credited as Esco Jouley. They are known for the role of Sonya in the 2025 FX/Hulu series Dying for Sex and Jay in the 2022 Sundance series State of the Union. Other screen credits include Jenny in the 2026 film The Devil Wears Prada 2, Pip in Bird in Hand (2025), and appearances in Inventing Anna (2022), Blindspotting (2021) and High Maintenance (2020).
Jouléy trained at Penn State University and the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. They were a resident actor at the Barter Theater for three and a half years and an alum of the ABC Discovers Showcase. Theatre credits include productions at New York Theatre Workshop, MCC Theater, the Public Theater and regional venues.
