Biography
Evelyn Venable (18 October 1913 – 15 November 1993) was an American actress. She appeared in films during the 1930s and 1940s, including Death Takes a Holiday (1934) as Grazia, Alice Adams (1935) as Mildred 'Georgette' Palmer, and Pinocchio (1940) as the voice of the Blue Fairy (uncredited).
Venable had a stage background, performing in productions by Walter Hampden before entering film. She was married to cinematographer Hal Mohr. For her work in motion pictures, she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 1500 Vine Street.
