Biography
Fabio Testi is an Italian actor born on 2 August 1941 in Peschiera del Garda, Italy. He began his career in the 1960s as a stuntman and extra on film sets around Lake Garda, later working uncredited on Sergio Leone westerns including Once Upon a Time in the West (1968).
Testi achieved his breakthrough with the role of Giampiero Malnate in Vittorio De Sica's The Garden of the Finzi-Continis (1970). He went on to appear in over 100 films, including genre pictures such as What Have You Done to Solange? (1972) and That Most Important Thing: Love (1975), as well as later roles in Letters to Juliet (2010) and Reflection in a Dead Diamond (2025).
