Biography
Fay Wray was a Canadian-American actress. Born Vina Fay Wray on 15 September 1907 in Cardston, Alberta, Canada, she died on 8 August 2004 in New York City.
She began her career in minor film roles in the silent era and appeared in more than a dozen films for Paramount Pictures. After leaving the studio she took roles with other companies, including her first horror films. For RKO she starred as Ann Darrow in King Kong (1933). She continued working in film and television until her final role in 1980.
