Frank McCusker is a Northern Irish actor. He was born on 6 July 1967 in Newtontownbutler, County Fermanagh.

He is known for his role as The Governor in the film Hunger (2008). Other credits include Risley in the television series The Tudors (2007–2010), Garrett Brink in The Fall (2013), Dr Kane in The Frankenstein Chronicles (2015–2017), and Dad in True Things (2022). He has also appeared in Titanic: Blood and Steel (2012) as Charles Stokes and earlier films such as The Affair of the Necklace (2001).
