Biography
Frank Pugliese is an American television writer and playwright. He wrote an episode of the series Law & Order (2005) and contributed multiple episodes as writer and producer to House of Cards (2013–2018), serving as co-showrunner from 2017.
Pugliese won a Writers Guild of America Award for the Homicide: Life on the Street episode "Night of the Dead Living" (1993). His other television writing credits include episodes of Copper (2012–2013) and Borgia (2011–2014). He also wrote the screenplay for the film The Drowning (2016).
As a playwright, his works include Aven'U Boys, which received an Obie Award. He has served as artistic director of Naked Angels theatre company.
