Biography
Fred Golan is an American television writer and producer. He began his career in the early 1990s and has worked on series including The Big Easy, Roswell (2000), Boomtown (2002) and Raines (2007).
Golan joined Justified (2010) as co-executive producer and writer for the first season, later becoming executive producer. He wrote or co-wrote multiple episodes across its run, including the season three finale "Slaughterhouse", for which he received an Edgar Allan Poe Award nomination in 2013. He has also served as writer and executive producer on Sneaky Pete (2015) and Silo (2023), and contributed to Falling Skies (2011).
