Biography
Gareth McEwen is a British editor. Born on 15 May 1974 in Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, he has worked in editing for over two decades.
McEwen is known for his work on comedy series including Big Boys (2022–2025), where he edited 13 episodes, and Amandaland (2025). Other credits include A Christmas Number One (2021), Everyone Else Burns (2024) and Ellie & Natasia (2019–2022). He has also edited commercials for brands such as Maltesers, Pizza Hut, Amazon Prime and Carlsberg.
He received nominations for the RTS Craft and Design Award for Editing – Entertainment and Comedy in 2024 and 2025.
