Gary Howard Klar was an American actor. He was born on 24 March 1947 in Bridgeport, Connecticut, and died on 31 December 2020.
Klar appeared in numerous films and television series between 1980 and 1995. His credits include the role of Irish Cop in Gloria (1980), Longshoreman in Trading Places (1983), Steel in Day of the Dead (1985), Detective in 3 Men and a Baby (1987), Ticket Taker in Big (1988), Al 'The Worm' in Married to the Mob (1988), Detective Walters in Cadillac Man (1990), Mr. Simpson in Hackers (1995), and Lieutenant Joey Poole in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999).
