Biography
George Shevtsov is an Australian actor. His screen credits include the role of The History Man in Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga (2024), The Old Storyteller in Three Thousand Years of Longing (2022), the Doctor in Dead Calm (1989), William Bower in Backtrack (2015) and Chester Groves in Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries (2013).
Shevtsov has worked with director George Miller on more than one project and auditioned for the original Mad Max film in 1979. He has appeared in numerous Australian films and television series since the 1970s.
