Biography
Gillian Horvath is a television writer and producer. Born on 12 April 1966 in New York City, she graduated cum laude from Yale University in film studies and held internships at NBC Entertainment and Universal Television. Her father, Imre Horvath, was a producer and director at CBS News.
Horvath's first television credit was a story for Miami Vice in 1989. She later wrote episodes of Quantum Leap, Xena: Warrior Princess, Baywatch, Diagnosis: Murder and Beauty and the Beast, and worked as a writer-producer on series including Highlander: The Series, Forever Knight, Sanctuary and Andromeda. She contributed the story for the film Highlander: Endgame (2000).
