Biography
Giona Ostinelli is a Swiss-Italian composer. Born on 12 March 1986 in Vacallo, Switzerland, he studied at Berklee College of Music and the University of Southern California, where he was a protégé of composer Alan Silvestri.
He frequently collaborates with pianist and composer Sonya Belousova. Their joint work includes the score for the Netflix series The Witcher (2019), which features the song "Toss a Coin to Your Witcher". Ostinelli has also composed for the series ONE PIECE (2023) and films including The Mist (2017), Inside Man: Most Wanted (2019), Lying and Stealing (2019) and Reprisal (2018).
