Biography
Giulia Piersanti is an Italian costume designer and knitwear designer. Born in Rome, she studied at Parsons School of Design in New York and began her career at Miu Miu before working at houses including Balenciaga, Dior and Missoni. She is head of knitwear at Celine.
Piersanti has collaborated extensively with director Luca Guadagnino. Her credits include A Bigger Splash (2015), Call Me by Your Name (2017), Suspiria (2018), We Are Who We Are (2020), Beckett (2021), Bones and All (2022) and After the Hunt (2025).
