Biography
Glo Tavarez is an American actress, comedian and writer. Born on 30 August 1990 in Kissimmee, Florida, she trained in improvisation at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York City for more than ten years and performed with several of its house teams, including Harold Team Reba.
Tavarez has appeared in films including Late Night (2019), After Class (2019), Problemista (2023) and Space Cadet (2024). On television she has had roles in Search Party (2021), Girls5eva (2024) and Life & Beth (2024), and plays Jamie in the series The Chair Company (2025). She has also performed in sketch shows and hosted comedy podcasts and variety programmes.
