Biography
Goldie Hawn is an American actress. Born on 21 November 1945 in Washington, D.C., she trained as a dancer from childhood and performed in ballet and stage chorus lines before moving into television and film.
She rose to prominence as a regular on the comedy variety series Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In (1968–1970). Hawn won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for Cactus Flower (1969). Her subsequent film roles include Private Benjamin (1980), Overboard (1987), Bird on a Wire (1990), Death Becomes Her (1992), The First Wives Club (1996) and Everyone Says I Love You (1996), in which she played Steffi Dandridge.
Hawn has had a long-term relationship with actor Kurt Russell.
