Biography
Grant Rosenmeyer is an American actor and screenwriter. Born on 3 July 1991 in Manhasset, New York, he grew up in Ridgefield, Connecticut, and earned a BFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in 2012.
He began his career on Broadway as a child, appearing in productions of Macbeth and Les Misérables. Rosenmeyer made his feature film debut as Ari Tenenbaum in Wes Anderson’s The Royal Tenenbaums (2001), for which he received a Young Artist Award nomination. He starred as the title character in the Fox sitcom Oliver Beene (2003–2004).
His other screen credits include roles in The Hebrew Hammer (2003), Money Monster (2016), Come As You Are (2020) and The Beta Test (2021), as well as appearances in the series Monk, Blue Bloods, Curb Your Enthusiasm and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Rosenmeyer also produces and writes through his banner Florida Hill.
