Biography
Gursimran Sandhu is a writer and producer. She was born on 29 May 1986 in California. She holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.F.A. in film directing from Chapman University, where she was mentored by screenwriter David Ward.
Sandhu worked as a staff writer on the final season of Game of Thrones (2019). She has written episodes of Star Wars: The Bad Batch (2021), Invasion (2021), Citadel (2023), Expats (2024) and Fallout (2024), on which she also served as a producer. She is an Emmy-, WGA- and PGA-nominated writer. Her short film Homecoming (2011), which she wrote and directed, screened at more than 45 festivals.
