Biography
Gus Brown is an English actor and comedian. He was born in November 1974 in Gravesend, Kent. He trained at Cambridge University, where he performed with Mitchell and Webb, and later formed the comedy double act Laurence & Gus with Laurence Howarth. They created radio series for BBC Radio 4 and performed at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Brown is known for supporting roles in British films and television, including Marcus the Dentist in Yesterday (2019), the Headmaster in Johnny English Strikes Again (2018), Second Geographer in Paddington (2014) and St Paul's Tour Guide in Paddington 2 (2017), and Porter Reg in Judy (2019). On television he has appeared in Toast of London (2013–2015), Worzel Gummidge (2019–2021) as Oswald Pollypop, and Fresh Meat (2013).
