Biography

Harry Richardson is an Australian actor born in Sydney on 3 March 1993. He moved to London at the age of two and later returned to Australia for secondary education at Sydney Grammar School. He trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London and graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in Perth in 2014.

Richardson made his screen debut in the 2015 film Looking for Grace. He played Frank Gresham in the 2016 series Doctor Thorne and appeared as a private in Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk (2017). He is known for portraying Drake Carne in the BBC series Poldark from 2017 to 2019, Gabe Lee in Death in Paradise (2018), and Larry Russell in HBO's The Gilded Age since 2022. He also appears as Austin Blanchett in Not Suitable for Work (2026).
