Biography
Heida Reed, also credited as Heiða Rún Sigurðardóttir, is an Icelandic actress and model. She settled in London around the age of 19 or 20 and trained at Drama Centre London, graduating in 2010.
Reed is known for playing Elizabeth Poldark (née Chynoweth) in the BBC series Poldark (2015–2019), Jamie Kellett in the CBS series FBI: International (2021–2024) and its parent series FBI, and the title role in the Icelandic series Stella Blómkvist (2017–2021). She appeared as Pooky Hook in an episode of Toast of London (2015). Other credits include One Day (2011), Silent Witness (2014), Death in Paradise (2016) and Against the Ice (2022). She has also worked in theatre, including West End productions.
Reed is married to producer Sam Ritzenberg.
