Biography
Hidetaka Yoshioka is a Japanese actor. Born on 12 August 1970 in Saitama, Japan, he began his career as a child performer in the 1970s.
He appeared as Tora-san's nephew in the Otoko wa Tsurai yo film series and in Akira Kurosawa's Rhapsody in August (1991) and Madadayo (1993). Yoshioka starred as Kensuke Koto in the television drama Dr. Coto's Clinic (2003–2006) and won the Japan Academy Prize for Best Actor for Always: Sunset on Third Street (2005) and its 2007 sequel.
His later film roles include Fukushima 50 (2020) and Kenji Noda in Godzilla Minus One (2023).
