Biography
Howard Klein is an American television producer and talent manager. He is a founding partner of the production and management company 3 Arts Entertainment, formed in 1991 with Erwin Stoff and Michael Rotenberg.
Klein began his career as an agent at International Creative Management and subsequently at the Brillstein Company. He has been executive producer on numerous series, including Carnivàle (2003–2005), King of the Hill (1997–2009), The Office (2005–2013) and Parks and Recreation (2009–2020). He is a two-time Primetime Emmy Award winner, for The Office and King of the Hill.
