Biography
Hugh Coles is an English actor. He trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA) and graduated in 2017.
Coles appeared in the 2018 film The Festival as Rex and has taken television roles including Liam in Defending the Guilty (2018–2019), Socks in Atlanta (2022), Hugo Pickford in Death in Paradise (2021) and Francis in Baby Reindeer (2024). On stage he originated the role of George McFly in Back to the Future: The Musical in the West End and on Broadway, receiving a 2022 Laurence Olivier Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor in a Musical.
