Biography
Ian Watson is a British production designer and art director. He worked on the BBC series Doctor Who (1963) as production designer and designer on episodes broadcast in 1969 and 1971.
His other credits include art direction on Local Hero (1983) and Around the World in 80 Days (1989), and production design on Sunset Heights (1999), Dragonworld (1994) and Space Odyssey: Voyage to the Planets (2004). He has also designed for television series including Survivors (1976), Doomwatch (1970–1971) and Jeux sans frontières (1991–1992).
