Biography
Jaboukie Young-White is an American comedian, actor, writer and musician. Born on 24 July 1994 in Chicago, Illinois, he attended Marian Catholic High School and studied at DePaul University before leaving to pursue comedy full time.
Young-White first gained recognition as a stand-up performer, appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in 2017–2018. He has written for the series American Vandal (2018) and Big Mouth (2019), and worked as a correspondent on The Daily Show with Trevor Noah (2018–2021). His acting credits include film roles in Rough Night (2017), Set It Up (2018), Someone Great (2019) and C'mon C'mon (2021), voice parts in Strange World (2022) and Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken (2023), and the role of Teddy in Companion (2025).
