Biography
Jake Borelli is an American actor and director. Born in Columbus, Ohio, he performed in more than a dozen productions with the Columbus Children's Theatre before moving to Los Angeles after graduating from Upper Arlington High School in 2009 to pursue acting.
He is best known for playing Dr. Levi Schmitt on Grey's Anatomy (2017–2025), appearing in over 130 episodes after joining as a recurring character in season 14. Other television roles include Wolfgang on The Thundermans (2015–2018), appearances on NCIS, iCarly and Station 19, and the film #realityhigh (2017). In 2026 he made his television directorial debut on an episode of Grey's Anatomy; his first directorial credit was the short film Ignis (2025).
