Biography
James Keach is an American actor, director and producer. He was born on 7 December 1947 in Savannah, Georgia, and trained at Northwestern University and the Yale School of Drama.
Keach is best known for producing the 2005 film Walk the Line and for co-writing, producing and appearing as Jesse James in the 1980 western The Long Riders. He has also acted in supporting roles in films including National Lampoon's Vacation (1983) and Wildcats (1986), and has directed episodes of series such as Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman.
