Biography
James Lapidus, also credited as Jim Lapidus or James Henry Lapidus, is a costume designer and wardrobe supervisor. He worked as a costumer on Blade Runner (1982) and As Good as It Gets (1997), and as costume supervisor on Jerry Maguire (1996) and Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo (1999).
Lapidus served as costume designer on the television series 24 (2001–2010), excluding the pilot episode, as well as on The Animal (2001), Raven (1992–1994), Madhouse (1990) and later episodes of Dexter (2010) and Hawaii Five-0 (2011). He received three Primetime Emmy nominations for his costume work.
