Biography
James O'Hara (born James Fitzsimons) was an Irish-born American actor. He was born on 11 September 1927 in Ranelagh, Dublin, and died on 3 December 1992 in Glendale, California. He was the younger brother of actress Maureen O'Hara and appeared alongside her in several films.
O'Hara made his screen debut as Father Paul in John Ford's The Quiet Man (1952), credited as James Lilburn. He had roles in Suddenly (1954), Mohawk (1956), Darby O'Gill and the Little People (1959) and Titanic (1953), and appeared in episodes of Batman (1966–1967) and other television series. His career spanned feature films and television from 1952 to 1979, often in supporting or uncredited parts.
